LET- LANDSCAPE EXPO TOUR
Percorsi ciclo-pedonali per il turismo e il tempo libero nel paesaggio dell'area metropolitana milanese.
With the LET project, now in its 4th phase thanks to the contribution of Cariplo Foundation and to support the Municipalities of the north west of Milan, the proposed itineraries have been implemented according to the project of the Studio Land and subjects operating in the territory have been involved.

It is about bike itineraries in the territory west of Milan, around the Expo area; paths accessible to all, with a length between 12 and 36 km and with the same point of departure and arrival reachable by car or train. I'm ring circuits, designed for free time and to let people and visitors know and appreciate itthe whole area.
The project was sponsored by Expo 2015, in close collaboration with the 31 Municipalities affected by the routes and with the Villoresi Consortium.

On the occasion of the 4th Edition of the Landscape Award of the Council of Europe, the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities and Tourism (MiBACT) recognized the LET project as "Special mention" for the quality of the intervention, particularly significant in the activities of redevelopment and enhancement of the landscape in its broadest sense.

The circuit, from the Garbagnate-Parco delle Groane station, is divided into two wings, east and west, crossing a great variety of landscapes, from the urban route, to the Villoresi canal, from the Groane woods to the most beautiful and rich delights of the province of Milan.Going west you reach Villoresi the Villa Borromeo Visconti Litta in Lainate, late sixteenth century, with gardens, nymphaeum and surprising water games. Then you pass next to the former establishments of the Alfa Romeo up to the eighteenth-century Villa La Valera in Arese and you still reach the sumptuous Villa Arconati "Il Castellazzo" in Bollate; from here to the east, enjoying a nice walk in the Parco delle Groane between memories of furnaces and pine forests you can reach Senago with Villa San Carlo Borromeo, Limbiate with villas and churches, the Ina Casa village of Cesate and this part of the long is completed too path.Sunday 7 June was inaugurated the cycle touring LET1 Historic Villas and Groane that, from that day, will be permanently shown and illustrated on the territory of the seven municipalities of Garbagnate Milanese, Lainate, Arese, Bollate, Senago, Lainate and Cesate, in the woods and the pine groves of the Groane, the Villoresi canal and the most beautiful villas of delight in the province of Milan.The project is promoted by Cariplo Foundation and was developed by AIM and from LAND Milan, in collaboration with the Parco delle Groane, the Reconnaissance Consortium ET VIlloresi and local administrations.

LET 3, ARTE STORIA E AGRICOLTURA 
2014

A special circuit of 19 km in the municipality of Corbetta, a little different from the other three, dedicated to Corbetta - where you can get to Corbetta-Santo Stefano Ticino train station. Extraordinary town in the province of Milan, has a magnificent historic center in which to wander on foot or by bike, to appreciate without hurry buildings, villas, gardens, towers and churches that tell the story, before going out between fields and cultivated and long the rogge in a typical landscape of our cultivated plain.
The elegant holiday homes of noble and rich Milanese families, some with farms, were built during the seventeenth century, benefiting from the nearby Naviglio Grande.
Along the magic path is the vision of the Fontanile di Castellazzo.
The circuit was created under the patronage of EXPO2015, to enhance the historical and environmental heritage of some local areas of the area surrounding the site of the Universal Exposition. Along this path E.ON has promoted the implementation of sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives for the benefit of the local community.
A training and interactive workshop "Discover the energy with E.ON" followed by the pupils of the secondary school "Simone da Corbetta".

LET 4, LAND OF WATER AND CASCINE

Una sorpresa continua e una grande pace. E’ il circuito che porta nel Parco Agricolo Sud Milano in una terra ricca di acqua, a cominciare dal Naviglio Grande su cui si affaccia Gaggiano, punto di partenza del circuito dalla stazione FS.  
Da Gaggiano il percorso si snoda in ambiente agricolo, nell’orizzonte piano della campagna coltivata, ricco di cascine antiche ma in piena attività. Si incontrano anche laghi, un tempo cave, popolati di uccelli e centri storici come San Pietro Cusico, Zibido San Giacomo, con l’antica e bella chiesa ricca di leggende e opere d’arte, Mairano, Noviglio e Tainate, tra marcite e aziende agricole che offrono prodotti e accoglienza. Si torna a Gaggiano.
